Mr. Kuldeep Kumar, Director (GH), Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is present and it has now been informed that the total outstanding amount payable by petitioner is only Rs. 30,529/-. It is also submitted that due to some miscalculation, a demand was raised of Rs. 1,59,800/-. 2.

It is also submitted by Director (GH) that if the abovesaid amount is deposited and proof of current possession is submitted by the petitioner with DDA, needful would be done within further four working days. 3.

Such statement is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid assurance, learned counsel for petitioner submits that at the moment, petitioner is not interested in pursuing her present contempt petition.
