A Second Bail Application under Section 483 read with Section 528 BNSS has been filed for grant of Interim Bail for a period of 90 days. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that on 27.01.2025 the father of the Petitioner died and learned ASJ has already granted Interim Bail for 20 days. Therefore, it is submitted that the present Petition may be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh as and when circumstance so arises.

In view of the submissions made, Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The Petition stands disposed of.
