1. The present petition has been filed under Section 29(A)(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking an extension of time by six months. The learned Arbitrator was appointed by the Court vide order dated 18.11.2021.
2. Both the learned counsel for the parties submits that the mandate is expiring on 15.02.2024. It has been submitted that further mandate may be extended for the period of six months from the period of 15.02.204.
