This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers: a) "Allow the present petition;
b) Issue appropriate writ, orders or direction to the Ld. CJM, South - West District, Dwarka Court Complex, Delhi to dispose the case titled Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd. vs. Sachin Singh and Anr. bearing no. Ct Case 1380/ 2025 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 by the Petitioner pending before her, within a specified timeframe fixed by this Hon'ble Court..." 2.
Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner has filed an application bearing No. Ct. under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, ("SARFAESI") before the learned CJM, South-West District, Dwarka Court Complex, Delhi and the same has been pending for the last seven to eight months.

This kind of inordinate delay in deciding the aforesaid application defeats the purpose of proceedings under the SARFAESI Act. 4.
In view of the above, there is substance in the arguments of Mr. Sharma. The aforesaid application needs to be decided expeditiously as these are debts due to financial institutions and involve public money.

For the said reasons, the learned CJM, South-West District, Dwarka Court Complex, Delhi is requested to dispose of the application filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act bearing No. Ct. Case 1380/ 2025 titled "Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd. vs. Sachin Singh and Anr." expeditiously and not later than 4 weeks from today. 6.
In case the same is not done, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition.

The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 8.
