The present bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.530/2018, registered under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC, at Police Station Vasant Kunj (North).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits subsequent to the registration of FIR, Section 308 IPC has been added by the Investigating Agency. She further submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation twice on 02.12.2019 and 07.01.2020. She further submits that the petitioner has reached a settlement with the complainant, who is also present in court.

The complainant, who is present in person, has been identified by the Investigating Officer and submits that he has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, confirms the fact that the BAIL APPLN. 2551/2019
petitioner has joined investigation twice, as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./S.H.O. and subject to the following conditions :- (i) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (ii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./S.H.O. Police Station Vasant Kunj (North) with his mobile number and in the event of change of his residential address, shall inform the same to the concerned I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court. (iii) The petitioner shall remain regularly present before the Trial Court.

With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. 7.
