This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

Vide order dated 16th August, 2021, a ld. Single Judge of this Court had appointed a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. The said dispute was in respect of the work order for 'Provision of 6.10 m wide foot over bridge from main gate at Rajindra Park crossing at Gurgaon on DLI-RE section under ADEN/DEE'. The present petition seeks extension of the mandate of the ld. Sole Arbitrator for a period of one year. 3.

It is submitted that the case is currently at the stage of Respondent's evidence.

Considering the fact that the initial reference was made on 16th August, 2021, the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended till 31st December, 2024. No unnecessary adjournments shall be given to the parties by the ld. Arbitrator.
