% 14.07.2025 1.
The petitioner was defending a suit and was aggrieved by the amendment allowed in the plaint.
2.
However, Mr. Panwar, learned counsel for petitioner submits that, thereafter, the parties have amicably settled the matter and, in terms of such settlement, the suit in question has already been withdrawn by concerned plaintiff i.e respondent No.1-Jiwani Devi herein. 3.
He submits that, therefore, nothing survives in the present petition. 4.
In view of the above, since the suit in question has already been withdrawn in terms of amicable settlement between the parties, the present petition has become infructuous and same is, accordingly, dismissed.
