The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and under Section 33(C)(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act seeks the following prayer- "(a) Direct to the respondent No.1 to issue recovery certificate in terms of application dated 10.04.2014 and give it to the Collector/Respondent No.2 for recovery of arrears of land revenue as per law under Section 33(C)(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act; (b) Direct the respondent No.1 to pay the legal fee of Rs. 2,00,000/- towards the unnecessary litigation for prosecuting the case to the present lawyer/attorney.

(c) Direct the respondent No.1 to pay Rs. 5,000/- each to the petitioners herein for mental agony and harassment caused to the petitioners.

(d) Pass any other order that is deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case"

submissions, on the instructions of Assistant Collector-GR-I, SDM, Karol Bagh, wherein it has been mentioned that the recovery certificate issued by the respondent no.1/Deputy Labour Commissioner, District Central, Employment Exchange Building, Pusa Campus, Delhi have been received from the State Bank of India and handed over to Deputy Labour Commissioner, Central District. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid position.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
