This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 (Medical Counselling Committee) to lift the arbitrarily imposed one year debarment from the candidature of the Petitioner for NEET examination;
b) Issue directions to Respondent No. 1 to cancel the forfeiture of the security deposit paid by the Petitioner during the registration process of the NEET VG counselling 2024;
c) Issue directions to Respondent No. 1 to permit the Petitioner to apply and take NEET examination for the coming year 2025-2026." 2.
Mr. Aayush Agarwala, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition. 3.
Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with the pending application.
