remedies and move an application for stay. In the peculiar facts of this case, when the Petitioner had approached this Court earlier and had obtained orders in his favour, the Respondents did not act on the directions passed by this Court, forcing the Petitioner to file a contempt petition in which an assurance was given to the Court by the Respondent assuring compliance with the order within 10 days. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to restrain the Respondents from taking coercive steps for 15 days enabling the Petitioner to avail the appellate remedy and get a stay in his favour. 5.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
