% 22.02.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent-GNCTD states that vide officer order dated 14th February, 2017, a direction has been issued to pay Rs.19,78,651/- to the petitioner towards 50% of the arrears of salary and allowances for the period from 1st January, 1994 to 03rd January, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the break-up of Rs.19,78,651/- has not been given, the present petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation in the event the petitioner is not satisfied with the said calculation. With the aforesaid liberty, present contempt petition is disposed of.
