Paragraph 22 of the petition reveals that the petitioners have already instituted proceedings before the office of the learned Labour Commissioner, Jhilmil in respect of the same grievances as raised in this writ petition. It it is undisputed that the proceedings remain pending at present.

In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to pursue the said proceedings or to approach the Court in an appropriate proceeding, after the said proceedings have come to a conclusion. 3.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
