The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of The Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 15.11.2016 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal) in T.A. No. 38/2013, as also the order dated 13.08.2018 passed by the learned Tribunal in RA 43/2017. 2.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition. 3.
