After addressing arguments for some time, Mr. Ajay Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant states on instructions from his client that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal reserving the right of his client to approach the Family Court where the divorce proceedings between the parties are pending, for obtaining a clarification relating to the custody of the minor child of the parties, in the care of the respondent, in terms of the Settlement Deed dated 06.04.2016 and the Amended Agreement dated 06.05.2016. 2.
