The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No.762/2020 of PS Adarsh Nagar for offence under Section 302/365/201/34 IPC. The public witness, who is a cab driver is yet to be completely examined. Learned prosecutor has shown me part chief examination of that witness. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this regular bail application with liberty to file fresh application before the trial court at appropriate stage. The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
