Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C‟) has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner Anil Agarwal, complainant in FIR No. 0085/2019 under Sections 406/420/120B IPC registered at P.S.: EOW, for setting aside order dated 02.12.2020 passed by learned CMM, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, whereby, respondent Nos. 2 to 4 were admitted to bail. 2.
