This petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the DG BSF to release disability pension under CCS (EOP) RULES, 2023, Rule 4(2)9b) in favour of the petitioner with 1 2% interest from the dated of the invalidation out from the service i.e 13.05.2024, in the light of the judgement of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in KAL U RAM V. UNION OF IND/A & ORS., W.P.(C) NO. 4350/2025 decided on 06.11 .2025."
