The Petitioners have approached this Court challenging an interim Order dated 11.08.2023 passed by the Appellate Authority/Appellate Tribunal cum Divisional Commissioner by which the Appellate Authority has directed that the Respondents should not be dispossessed from the portion of the fourth floor of the property in question currently in their possession till the disposal of the appeal while directing the Respondents to vacate their possession from the shop.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that, at this juncture, he would be satisfied if a direction was to be given to the Tribunal The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to dispose of the appeal within a period of six months from today keeping in view that the Petitioners before this Court are Senior Citizens who are entitled to protection under the Senior Citizens Act. 3.
In view of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to accede to the request made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. The Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioners to approach this Court again if the appeal is not disposed of within six months.
