This order has been passed in continuation of the order dated 23.01.2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that Applicant even prior to filing of this petition duly joined the investigation on 02.01.2025 and 06.01.2025 and furnished all information required by I.O. as on date.

Mr. Laksh Khanna, learned APP states on instructions from the I.O. that the Applicant has joined the investigation and for the moment no further investigation is required from the Applicant. 4.
He states that the Applicant himself had invested 25 lakhs in the venture with the accused company and has earned by way of commission Rs. 34.50 lakhs. 3.1 He states, however, since some of the accused are absconding, therefore, the Applicant will be required to join investigation for confrontation with the said accused or if any other material comes to the attention of the IO. He states presently the I.O. is aware that there are approximately 489 investors who have been roped into the multilevel marketing scheme of the accused company M/s Vedic Ayurcare Health and Retail Pvt. Ltd and accused company Axis E-Corp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. 5.
In light of the aforenoted submission of the parties, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Applicant is entitled to anticipatory bail in FIR No. 57/2023 registered at Police Station (P.S) Economic Offence Wing ('EOW'). Consequently, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the Applicant be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition: i.
The Applicant shall cooperate and join the investigation as and when directed;
ii.
The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case; iii.
The Applicant shall provide his mobile number(s) to the I.O.; iv.
In case of change of residential address and/or mobile number, the Applicant shall intimate the same to the I.O. by way of an affidavit. 6.
Accordingly, the present application is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous. 7.
