WP(C) 11617/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking writ of mandamus against the respondent no.1 to hear and decide the Rectification Petition bearing No.TRA/127/2004/TM/DEL pending before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB) on priority basis. The said Rectification Petition has been pending since 2004 when it was transferred to the IPAB.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of directing the IPAB to hear and decide the Rectification Petition filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. For this purpose, the petitioner may also move an appropriate application before the IPAB.
