After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioners, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition.

He submits that since the petitioners have already been held guilty for offence under Sections 307/34 IPC vide order dated 26.12.2025, as and when an appeal is filed by them challenging the abovesaid order, they would make appropriate request before the learned Division Bench about the settlement which has taken place between the parties and would then seek and pray quashing.

The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 4.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
