% 12.02.2020 BAIL APPLN. 2950/2019 & Crl.M.A. 41426/2019 Petitioner is said to be in custody since 16th July, 2019 in FIR No.263/2019, registered at police station Janakpuri, Delhi for offences under Sections 354/328/366A/376/506/34 IPC and Section 12 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Vide this petition, he is seeking bail.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

The petition and application stand dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
