Accordingly, counsel for the Petitioner states that she seeks to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal in respect of the grievances raised herein. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as aforesaid. 4.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. The Court has not commented on the merits of the case.
