Of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as 'CPC') on 03.12.2022, has been transferred on 29.08.2023. Now, the arguments are to be re-heard by the new P.O. on the aforesaid application filed by the respondent no.1 herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner thus seeks liberty to make all the submissions which he has made before this Court in the present petition while addressing arguments before the learned Trial Court on the application under Order 12 Rule 6 of the CPC. With the said liberty, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petitions. 3.
The permission to withdraw the present petitions is granted with liberty as prayed for.
