The present application under Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Pass an order/direction granting permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh; (b) Pass any such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned Special Counsel for the respondent/ED accepts notice and submits that the petition in itself was not maintainable and no occasion arises for granting liberty to file a fresh petition. 5.
