Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 225/2019 of Police Station Najafgarh for offence under Section 498A/406/506/377/34 IPC. The petitioners did not file copy of statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. of the respondent no. 2.

Respondent no. 2 present in Court does not dispute the allegations recorded in her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. but explains that now petitioner no. 1 does not indulge in unnatural sex. 3.

In these circumstances, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions of his client, seeks permission to withdraw this petition without prejudice to his defence, which he shall take during trial. 4.
