% 08.11.2019 Vide this petition, petitioners are seeking a direction to provide protection from respondents No.2 to 10.

Mr. Piyush Singhal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf for Mr. Ashish Aggarwal, Additional Standing Counsel for respondent/State and submits on instructions that petitioners are not residing at the given address.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that from today onwards, petitioners will start living at the address given. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for respondent/State assures that the protection required will be provided to the petitioners. W.P.(Crl.) 3155/2019

Let Mobile number of Beat Constable, WASI, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioner forthwith so that in case of an exigency, the petitioners can contact the concerned officials, who may handle the situation as per the law.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition.
