By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC, the petitioners seek quashing of the complaint case being Ct. No.41169/2019 pending in the Court of learned MM-05, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi titled Mahavish Sultan Malik v. Arun Rastogi PS Sarita Vihar, New Delhi.

Apparently, during the pendency of these proceedings, parties have entered into a settlement. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 also confirms to the same and states that all the claims of respondent No.2 are satisfied and he submits that the complaint under Section 420 IPC will be withdrawn.

Considering that the parties have already settled the matter, no useful purpose would be served in continuing with the aforesaid complaint case and the same is accordingly quashed along with the consequent proceedings.
