The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"(a) Allow the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition; (b) Set aside the Impugned Order dated 01.12.2022 passed by the Ld. MM-06, South District, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi in CR No. 1645-2019 titled as 'State vs. Ms. Shakun Malik' to the extent it dismissed the application filed by the Petitioner under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure; (c) Allow the Application under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 dated 17.11.2022 filed by the Petitioner for the issuance of summons to summon the record pertaining to Passport No. E 1744158 of Late Ms. Sushma Malik from the Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs wherein the following prayers have been sought: (i) Allow the present Application under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure so that a proper investigation in the instant The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
