The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "1. It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that your Lordship may kindly issue appropriate directions to the respondent no .1 for executing/ recovering the amount 3,16,339 along with a simple interest @12% on the compensation amount w.ef. 23.03.2017 till the date of the payment along with the penalty amount 1,58,169/- from respondent no.2 as mentioned in ECI/73/NW-18/66 so that order dated 17.07.2020 passed by the office of the commissioner employees' compensation under the Employees Compensation Act, 1923, Dist. N-W in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent no.2, stands implemented/executed.
2. Any other order or direction may kindly be passed us deemed fit under the facts and circumstances in favour of the Petitioner and against the respondents."
