2. The Petitioner has challenged the interim order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I (DRT) declining interim relief to the Petitioner. Against the said order of the DRT, the remedy available to the Petitioner is an appeal to the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act.
3. The Court sees no reason to interfere at this stage. It will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
4. The petition is dismissed along with the pending applications.
