The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking extension of the interim bail for a period 15 days in FIR No. 1088/2021 dated 23.12.2021, under Sections 365/367/368/307/506/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden.
