The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for production of the respondent no.4, who is the minor daughter of the petitioner, and the respondent no.5, who is the wife of the petitioner.

The respondent nos.4 and 5 are present in Court. 3.
The respondent no.5 states that due to some matrimonial disputes, she has left the house of the petitioner. she is willing to share her current residential address with the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand, submits that the petitioner would like to explore the possibility of arriving at an amicable settlement with the respondent no.5, and requests this Court to refer the parties to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

At the above request, and with no objection from the respondent no.5, the petitioner and the respondent no.5 are referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they shall appear on 02.02.2026 at 4.00 P.M..

As the respondent no.5 along with respondent no.4 have appeared before us, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The parties are left to avail of their remedies as available in law. 8.
