Application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (old Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for modification of the Order dated 25.11.2024.

The Petitioner herein had undertaken specifically on 26.03.2025 to appear in person despite which he has failed to appear. 3.

It is 4:30 p.m.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that despite his repeated requests, he has chosen not to appear with impunity. 5.

There is also the backdrop of the present case is that the Petitioner herein had changed the counsel with false statements and had tried to wriggle out of his statements made on his behalf by the learned counsel. 6.

Looking at the nature of the dispute and also the impunity with which the Petitioner is avoiding his appearance in the Court, the NBWs be issued against the Petitioner, to be executed through the SHO concerned, returnable on 16.04.2025.
