Ms. Adyasha Nanda, learned counsel for petitioner informs that in terms of the direction contained in judgment dated 19.07.2022, DDA has already allotted them same plot i.e. C-86, Mangol Puri Industrial Area Phase-I, Delhi and, therefore, petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing with the present contempt petition.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed in view of the aforesaid allotment to the petitioners.
