Since it has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that cross-examination of the victim/prosecutrix is pending since considerable time, learned trial court is directed to make an endeavour to conclude the cross-examination of the victim/prosecutrix preferably on the next date of hearing or any other short date, if the same is deferred. A copy of this order be forwarded to the learned trial court for information and compliance.
