The petitioner has filed the present application seeking extension of the interim bail granted to the petitioner, for a further period of two weeks. 4.

The interim bail was granted to the petitioner by an order dated 21.10.2019 on the ground that his wife was required to undergo a surgery on 02.11.2019. The petitioner states that the said surgery has been deferred to 12.11.2019, as the petitioner's wife was suffering from high grade fever and cough and therefore, the doctors did not conduct surgery on the date fixed earlier.

For the reasons stated above, the application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner by an order dated 21.10.2019, is extended on the same terms and conditions for a further period of two weeks. It is clarified that no further extension would be granted to the petitioner.
