The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to demolish the properties of the petitioners located at service road of Village Sabhapur Patti Chauhan (New Chauhanpur), Karawal Nagar Road, Delhi-110094 without due process of law. 2.

None appears on behalf of the petitioners even on the second call. 3.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2/ MCD submits that as of now, the respondent no.2/ MCD does not wish to take any action in the said area. Any action taken shall be in accordance with law. 4.

Taking the aforesaid statement on record, the writ petition is disposed of.
