The present appeal has been filed under Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 against the Judgment/Order dated 11.11.2025 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court), West District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in CS(COMM.) No. 197/2024 titled Canara Bank v. Anil Kumar Jha & Anr.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file a recall application as the suit itself is dismissed in absence of the counsel for the plaintiff.
