The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking directions to the learned ADJ-02 (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as „Trial Court‟), in CS No.40/19 to decide an application under Order VII Rule 10, 11 and 14 of the CPC filed on 31.05.2019 in CS No.40/2019 as well as to expedite the proceedings of the suit which is pending since 2019.

It is submitted that petitioner who is defendant no.1 before the learned Trial Court is a senior citizen widow lady and she is in vulnerable stage, the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court is 02.05.2024 for service The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of defendant nos.3 & 4, thus, the learned Trial Court be directed to decide the suit expeditiously.

Accordingly, learned Trial Court is directed to expeditiously dispose of the application filed by the petitioner under Order VII Rule 10, 11 and 14 of the CPC filed on 31.05.2019 in CS No.40/2019 preferably within two months from today.
