None appears for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "i) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or other appropriate writ order and direction against the respondents commanding the respondent No.l to transfer/entrust of applications on 18.03.2019 & 19.03.2019 (Annexure P-3 (colly) to CBI or other appropriate investigation agency for fair investigation."

The petitioner alleges that there have been irregularities in the appointment of LDC/MTS and other persons, with the Delhi Wakf Board. He also alleges that the Chairman of the Delhi Wakf Board has manipulated the process to appoint two of his own brothers to the Board. 5.

It is seen that no complaint has been filed with any police authority as yet. Therefore, the question of transferring any investigation at this stage does not arise.
