The learned counsel for the applicant submits that all the material witnesses have already been examined before the learned Trial Court and only around two further witnesses remain to be examined by the prosecution.

Keeping in view the above, the present bail application is disposed of requesting the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of 6 months. In case, there is further delay in conclusion of the trial, the applicant shall be at liberty to file an application seeking release on bail, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
