O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 425/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the arbitral tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award. Mr. Ramesh Kumar, Advocate, who appears for the respondent on advance notice states that even though he has no instructions from the respondent, the Court may pass appropriate orders. Having noted the contents of the application, the time for arbitral tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of seven months effective from October 21, 2019. The petition is disposed of.
