A brief Status Report has been filed by the respondent/Nr.D.M.C. in terms of the last order, wherein it has been stated that the Tehbazari site in question at Sat Nagar Primary School shall be developed by the Department on its own land. The said site faces a commercial road that is 8 meters wide. As to the height of the wall proposed to be raised by the Nr.D.M.C. between the squatting site and the service lane on which the dwelling units of the members of the petitioner/Association exist, it is stated by learned counsel that the height of the said wall will be approximately 7 feet, which would take care of the concerns of the petitioner/Association regarding the security and privacy of its members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/Association requests that the height of the wall may be increased to ensure the safety and security of the residents of the area.

Learned counsel for the respondent/Nr.D.M.C. assures the court that the department will examine if the height of the wall can be increased to at least 8 feet.

If the height of the wall is increased to 8 feet, the Department shall consider fixing a barbed wire on the top to ensure that nobody can attempt to scale the said wall and cause any threat to the security of the members of the petitioner/Association, residing on the other side. 5.
With these directions, the present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
