The present petition has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent no. 2 / accused vide order dated 09.12.2023 in connection with FIR No. 675/2023 passed by the learned Sessions Court in BAIL APPLN. 3715/2023.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cancellation is being sought on the ground that the original receipt dated 10.01.2018, a photocopy of which is on page 64 of the paper book, has not been handed over by the respondent no. 2 to the police. Further, the respondent no. 2 / accused has not cooperated in the investigation. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 / accused submits that he is carrying an original receipt dated 10.01.2018 and the same shall be The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. handed over to the IO concerned today at 04.00 P.M. 4.

It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the receipt dated 10.01.2018 has been laminated by the respondent no. 2 / accused. The fact is taken on record.

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2, submits that the respondent no. 2 has joined the investigation 10 times and he assures the Court that his client shall be cooperating in the investigation. The statement is taken on record.

In view of the above statement of the learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 / accused, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition alongwith pending application, is disposed of in the above terms.
