% 26.03.2025 CRL.M.A. 9168/2025 RECALL OF LAST ORDER 1.

The main petition bearing Crl.M.C.624/2024 was dismissed for nonprosecution vide order dated 18.12.2024. The petitioner seeks recall of the said order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not be represented on the last date i.e. 18.12.2024 for the reason that settlement talks were going on between the parties from September 2024 in the Mediation Centre, Delhi High Court, and there was every possibility of the settlement. It is stated that settlement did not happen and the mediation proceedings were closed on 30.01.2025.

Issue notice of the application to the respondent through all permissible modes, subject to the petitioner taking the requisite steps, returnable on 23.07.2025.
