Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 278/2024 registered at Police Station Mehrauli for commission of offences under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC. 2.

Investigation is, reportedly, underway and learned Standing Counsel for State submits that investigation is yet not over and charge-sheet has not been filed. 3.

After hearing arguments for some time and without prejudice to her rights and contentions, learned counsel for petitioners does not press the present petition, at this juncture. She, however, seeks liberty to file petition at a subsequent stage, once the investigation is over.

Present petition is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. 5.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
