Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., 1973 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of the Complaint Case No. 1381/2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 406/420/467/120B IPC pending in the Court of the learned CMM, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Civil Suit pending inter se the parties on the same facts has been decreed vide Judgement dated 19.12.2023.

It is submitted that the facts in the present case are essentially the same and seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition. 4.

The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
