The present writ petition has been filed seeking setting aside of the letter dated 9th January, 2026 issued by respondent/MCD with respect to Parking Site Cluster (Hauz Khas Village and Siri Fort Auditorium) South Zone and declare the same as null and void.

At the outset, Mr. Kirti Uppal, Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the present writ petition is treated as a representation to the respondent/MCD and the same be decided by respondent/MCD, in accordance with law. 3.
