Pursuant to the previous order, the judgment dated 20th March 2025 passed by the Family Court, North-West, Rohini, has been placed on record. 2.

The Guardianship Court has gone into extensive detail in assessing the respective contentions of the parties and the directions have been passed accordingly, giving the custody of the minor children Ayan Ali and Alina to the respondent, who was appointed as a guardian for the children for all purposes.

Visitation rights, as specified in the order, have been given to the petitioner.

If there is any grievance that the petitioner has with respect to this, they are always entitled to challenge it in accordance with law. 5.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
